No, as much as I want to own The Little Prince, I can't. So... Maybe it's better if I treated like he's the one I love the most. I would love to fall in love for someone like the little prince. :">
Here's a letter of what I wrote last 09-09-09.
8:58 p.m.
I fell in love with the little prince. I have met him in a book, and boy, does he know how to please a lot of creatures.
I found myself drawn to what he really is. I wanted to know more about his planet, the flower that he loved and his volcanoes. He was a prince who waits not to heir anything, but to learn more about anything in the universe.
He fell in love in such an early age, to a flower who took advantage of him, yet loved him at the same time.
The Little Prince was a boy who wanted to learn from others, and as he did this, he unwillingly and unknowingly found a way to make others learn from him.
As his time ran out, I cried at the fact that I might never see the little prince again. He taught me things that I can never learn from grown-ups. The prince left me hanging, though. Did he simply wanted to be bitten by the poisonous snake to get rid of himself, or did he not know how to say goodbye? Little Prince, remember that I'll always be waiting for your return. I will not act like a grown-up, but a child like you, and we shall learn from each other, for I love you, little prince, and a memory of you shall remain in my heart forever.
Sadly enough, I'll be grieving 'til you return, little prince. I shall remember that "time soothes all sorrows", and for me, the stars will be the little prince's memories, for if I joined them into one whole star, I shall see you again, and we shall talk about things that wouldn't matter to anyone at all.
Til then, little prince. I shall wait.
